Our team was responsible for training the Accounting Manager of the French entity in all key accounting activities, including invoice validation, bank postings, monthly closings, financial reporting, French tax obligations, and payroll reconciliations.
To secure knowledge transfer and ensure long-term continuity, we documented all accounting processes and delivered remote training sessions to the new Shared Service Center team based in Poland.
Together with the client, we also designed assessment tools to evaluate trainees’ knowledge levels and ensure a smooth transition to the new operational model. During the initial go-live phase, we provided additional “HyperCare” support to address urgent needs and stabilize operations.
