To stabilize the Financial & Accounting team, our first step was to deliver accurate and structured financial reporting to meet the expectations of both management and the board.
We then re-engineered several outdated processes, transforming them into best-practice workflows that reduced manual effort and improved reliability through better use of the accounting software.
Next, we assumed responsibility for finalizing the 2019 audit follow-up, addressing several unresolved deliverables inherited from previous teams.
To reinforce the accounting function during this critical stabilization phase, we integrated some of our consultants into the client’s finance team, strengthening internal expertise and improving day-to-day continuity.
For the purchase order process initiative, we developed a detailed business case and provided templates to support the digital team in designing and implementing the new solution.
Regarding Power BI reporting, we structured a robust data model drawing from the client’s various systems, and created the primary management reports used for performance monitoring.
