Founded in 2016 by Bruno Arnould, Proffinco, formerly Business & Finance Solutions, is a Belgian company providing operational support in accounting and finance.

After 10 years, our evolution and market shifts led us to redefine our brand and services.  Proffinco’s ambition is clear: unite professionals to deliver systematic, precise, and agile solutions to every financial and control challenge.

Led by Country Managers Jean-Luc Tichoux and Peter Van Rooy, our mission is to build value-driven partnerships rooted in human-centric principles, innovation, and knowledge-sharing. We act as the reinforcement of your operational force in Finance, ensuring business continuity when you need it most.

Our story began in 2016, when finance professionals founded Business & Finance Solutions to support organizations’ operational needs. Over time, our reliability earned the trust of clients and candidates across sectors, strengthening our position in the industry.
